TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Photech Computers web site is operated by Photech Computers Pty Ltd (ABN: 16 105 527 884) The terms and conditions outlined below applies to the use of Photech Computers website and to any subsequent purchases made from Photech Computers. The use of this website indicates your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All information, links and pictures contained on this website are only used as a reference point and may not reflect the final product. Manufacture specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Pricing/Orders

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Delivery charges ARE NOT included.

The pricing and availability of stock are subject to change without prior notice. Photech Computers reserves the right to change prices due to misprints, human error or in accordance price changes made by suppliers without notice. If pricing is higher than those quoted on the website then you will be notified by Photech Computers and may cancel the order by giving notice within 5 working days.

Once an order is placed it will be confirmed via email and you will receive an order confirmation. By placing an order you have agreed to pay the prices listed on the order form.

Orders will not be accepted using free email providers (ie. @hotmail.com)

Goods remain the title and property of Photech Computers Pty Ltd until full payment has been received and cleared.

When making direct deposit payments please remember to include the order number as reference. The deposit slip must be sent to us via fax (on 08 8349 4053) or scanned and emailed to us. With internet fund transfers simply cut and paste the transfer detail and email it to us. Orders will be released when the funds transfer can be reconciled on our daily bank statements.

Delivery

Deliveries are based on product availability. You will be notified via email if a product is unavailable or delayed, in which case you will be given an option of a refund on the unavailable or delayed product(s).

We do not ship overseas.

We do not ship to PO Boxes

We require a physical address for deliveries. An authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods. If the delivery address is unattended redelivery attempts will be charged. Photo identification may also be requested. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your contact phone number.

When an order is sent, you will receive an email confirmation which will include the order tracking number.

We shall not be held liable for delayed or lost goods during shipment. Optional insurance for goods can be requested but will incur an additional charge.

Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any damaged or incorrect item(s) must be reported to Photech Computers with 24hrs via email or fax (make sure you leave your contact details).

Any incorrect item(s) received should not be opened. The customer will be charged accordingly if the incorrect item(s) are found to be opened or used.

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Compatibility

Photech Computers are unable to guarantee the compatibility between all hardware and software products. Customers are recommended to research product /software compatibility before purchasing the product(s). No refund or replacement will be given for compatibility issues.

Software and Games

All software and games sold are done so under a Firm Sale policy.  This policy states that there are strictly no returns or refunds issued on the basis that you do not want the product anymore.  Because of this, we urge you to verify the system requirements and/or product specifications are acceptable before you purchase.
